WIKA Tech in Le Bourget-du-Lac, France, seeks a Technical Support Specialist to empower the sales team with expert product knowledge and customer-focused solutions.

You will present products, validate customer applications, deliver training to internal teams and clients, and support product improvement initiatives across national and international accounts. This role requires travel-friendly English and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in chemistry, physical measurements, instrumentation or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in chemicals, petrochemicals, refining, oil & gas, or fluid transport.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with international stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in chemistry, physical measurements, instrumentation or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, refining, oil & gas, or fluid transport
• Good knowledge in chemistry and/or petrochemical processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills with international stakeholders
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus
• Excellent technical writing skills in English and French
• Willingness to travel frequently (national and international)
