The Project Technical Referent define optimal solutions and estimates while overseeing technical documentation and discipline coordination throughout the project. They provide on-site support during installation and commissioning, acting as a Design Authority for critical equipment validation. Furthermore, they conduct technical audits of installations and suppliers to ensure high-quality standards. They play a key role in client presentations, defending the technical-economic value of complex proposals. Finally, they drive innovation by developing new standards aligned with the strategic roadmap.
The Technical Referents will have to carry out the following main tasks:
Develop new standards in accordance with the needs defined (roadmap).
Under the supervision/coordination of an Offer Specialist or a Project Manager,
Under the supervision/coordination of a Project Engineer if assigned to the project, otherwise MPT Project Manager
When applicable:
Engineering or technician Degree
At least 5 years of experience in Electricity & Instrumentation in a Primary Production context (engineering or operations)
Advanced in English.
Availability for occasional missions/trips within SWE cluster
CORE SKILLS :
Technical detailed knowledge in its own discipline and more generally of industrial plant engineering
IMS knowledge & applicable standards. Safety rules and standards, European and SWE countries regulations. Knows or knows how to research and find applicable standards or manufacturer references for components.
General strong technical knowledge (Pressure, flow, temperature, thermodynamics, reading and creating a PID, process analysis, instrumentation, organization and operation of the company, etc.)
Electrical Engineering : recognized skills in MV/HV (Medium Voltage / High Voltage), ability to technically define requirements, develop AF (Functional Analysis), and conduct FAT/SAT (Factory/Site Acceptance Tests). Capability to challenge designs / drawings / calculation in collaboration with experts from Industrial Direction.
Recognized skills in PLC and DCS (incl programation), knowledge of YOKOGAWA and FOXBORO would be an advantage.
Equipment strong technical knowledge (storage, vaporizers, conditioned installations, equipment for using gasses, etc.)
IT tools (Google applications, Excel, Digital design tools, etc.)
