Sensient Technologies is seeking an Accounts Payable colleague to join the Finance team in Illkirch, France. You will own the full AP cycle, process invoices, run payments, and ensure accuracy while reconciling vendor accounts and supporting month-end close.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, assist audits, and contribute to a high-quality financial process in a multinational environment. English fluency is required; French or German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and the full transaction cycle.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus in a multilingual environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards) and strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in international or multicultural settings and collaborative teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Own the full Accounts Payable cycle from invoice processing to payments.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, investigate discrepancies and maintain records.
• Support month-end/year-end closing activities including journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Assist audits alongside Finance team and respond to inquiries.

We are looking for an Accounts Payablecolleague to join our Finance team, full-time in our office in Illkirch, France, and help drive accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across our accounting operations.

What you'll do

• Own the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, from invoice processing through payment runs, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on time
• Reconcile vendor accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues
• Support internal and external audits alongside the Management Accountant and Financial Controller

What you'll bring

• Solid, hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and general accounting, with confidence navigating the full transaction cycle
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in French or German is an advantage in our multilingual environment
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards, together with strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze and present financial data
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment, with a collaborative, proactive, and positive approach to teamwork
