Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable colleague to join our Finance team in Illkirch, France. You'll own the full AP cycle, from invoice processing to payment runs, ensuring accuracy and on-time payments in a multilingual, international environment.

You’ll work on vendor reconciliations, month-end close support, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, with opportunities for professional growth and a strong benefits package on-site five days per week.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Accounts Payable and general accounting.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards) and strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in international/multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

We are looking for an Accounts Payable colleague to join our Finance team, full-time in our office in Illkirch, France, and help drive accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across our accounting operations.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, from invoice processing through payment runs, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on time
• Reconcile vendor accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues
• Support internal and external audits alongside the Management Accountant and Financial Controller

What You’ll Bring

• Solid, hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and general accounting, with confidence navigating the full transaction cycle
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in French or German is an advantage in our multilingual environment
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards, together with strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze and present financial data
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment, with a collaborative, proactive, and positive approach to teamwork
