Sensient Technologies in Illkirch, France, is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our Finance team. You will manage the full AP cycle from invoice processing to payments, reconcile vendor accounts, and support month-end close, collaborating with international stakeholders on-site five days a week.

English fluency is required; knowledge of French or German is a plus. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards and strong Excel skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Solid, hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and general accounting, with confidence navigating the full transaction cycle.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in French or German is an advantage in our multilingual environment.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards, together with strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze and present financial data.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment, with a collaborative, proactive, and positive approach to teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Own the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, from invoice processing through payment runs, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on time.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues
• Support internal and external audits alongside the Management Accountant and Financial Controller
