Dolead, based in Paris, is seeking an Analytics Product Manager to bridge analytics and product. You’ll dive into data with SQL and Looker, define KPIs, and translate business questions into clear data products while shaping the Data & Science roadmap.

You’ll work with a small team to drive adoption of dashboards and data features, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Performance Marketing to deliver impactful insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical foundation with hands-on data work.
• Proficient in SQL and BI tools such as Looker.
• Willing to move into Product thinking, prioritization and delivery.

Responsabilités

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to inform business decisions.
• Work with SQL and Looker to investigate questions and identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs for teams and leadership.
• Define metrics with business teams and ensure correct interpretation.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for the Data & Science team.
• Contribute to the quarterly Data & Science roadmap and present to leadership.
• Coordinate rollout of Data products and monitor adoption.
• Facilitate team rituals and maintain priorities and momentum.
