Dolead is a data-driven lead generation leader hiring an Analytics Product Manager in Paris to bridge analytics and product with a focus on data products and KPI-driven decisions.
You will work with a Data & Science team to turn business questions into priorities, build dashboards, and define requirements for data products. The role blends analytical rigor with product thinking in a permanent, hybrid setup.
Dolead is a global leader in Lead Generation: we help 200+ clients across 15 countries in Europe and North America turn paid media into measurable business outcomes.
Behind that performance sits a growing Data & Science team working on some of the most strategic topics at Dolead: business intelligence, scoring, optimization, internal data products and decision-making tools used across the company.
We’re looking for a Analytics Product Manager to join the team in Paris.
This is not a traditional Product Manager role.
We’re looking for someone with a strong Data Analytics background who wants to progressively expand their scope towards Product: someone comfortable going deep into an analysis in Looker or SQL, defining the right KPIs, challenging how a business question is framed, while also helping the team turn business needs into clear priorities and impactful data products.
You’ll join a Data & Science team composed of 2 Data Engineers, 1 Data Scientist, 1 Analytics Product Manager and our Head of Data, to whom you’ll report directly.
Your scope will sit primarily at the intersection of Analytics and Product, with Analytics remaining an important part of your day-to-day work.
You’ll progressively become one of the go-to people at Dolead when teams need to understand what the data is really telling them.
You will:
Conduct deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses to help teams make better business decisions.
Work autonomously with SQL and Looker to investigate questions, test hypotheses and identify opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports and KPIs for operational teams and executive leadership.
Partner with business teams to define the right metrics and ensure they are interpreted correctly.
Challenge analyses and assumptions when needed: not only producing numbers, but helping teams understand what conclusions can (and cannot) reasonably be drawn from them.
Help improve data accessibility and enable teams to become increasingly autonomous in their use of Looker.
Contribute to data quality, metric consistency and governance across the company.
Together with the Head of Data, you’ll help translate business priorities into a clear roadmap for the Data & Science team.
You will:
Gather and structure needs from teams such as Sales, Customer Success and Performance Marketing.
Help frame problems, assess opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and effort.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and actionable specifications for the Data & Science team.
Contribute to the quarterly roadmap and prepare its presentation to our leadership team.
Follow objectives throughout the quarter and help keep the team focused on the initiatives that matter most.
Track the adoption and business impact of the products and features delivered, and recommend iterations when needed.
Shipping a dashboard, model or feature is only useful if people actually use it.
You will:
Coordinate the rollout of new Data & Science products and features.
Define and monitor adoption and impact metrics.
Create documentation and training when needed.
Work with internal users to understand friction points and improve the products after launch.
Help teams adopt better habits around data-driven decision making.
You’ll also help the Data & Science team maintain clear priorities and effective working routines.
You will:
Facilitate daily stand-ups and team rituals.
Help define sprint goals and organize the team's backlog.
Track milestones, dependencies and blockers.
Facilitate retrospectives and follow up on improvement actions.
Protect the team from unnecessary ad-hoc requests when they threaten agreed priorities.
This represents a smaller part of the role: we’re not looking for a Scrum Master, but for someone capable of bringing structure and momentum to the team.
We think you'll thrive in this role if:
You have 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science or a closely related field.
You have a strong analytical foundation and enjoy getting hands-on with data.
You are highly comfortable with SQL and BI tools such as Looker.
You understand core statistical concepts such as distributions, probability and confidence intervals, and know when they matter in a business analysis.
You can independently define KPIs and build dashboards from initial business question through to final output.
You are comfortable challenging stakeholders on the way a question is framed or an analysis is interpreted.
You want to move beyond pure analytics and take increasing responsibility for Product thinking, prioritization and delivery.
You can translate ambiguous business needs into structured problems and actionable requirements.
You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You are comfortable working in French and English.
You don't need to be a Data Engineer or Machine Learning expert. Understanding those environments is useful, but we’re primarily looking for someone excellent at analytics, business reasoning and turning data into decisions. Experience with Product Management or Data Products is a plus, but we’re equally interested in strong Data Analysts or Data Scientists who are ready to make that transition.
After 6–12 months, we’d expect you to have become:
A trusted analytics partner across Dolead: when someone needs a meaningful analysis in Looker, you’re naturally one of the people they turn to, and you can independently answer most of those questions.
A key contributor to the Data & Science team's quarterly roadmap, from preparation through presentation to our leadership team.
The person helping the squad maintain clear rituals, objectives and priorities throughout each quarter.
Someone who consistently helps move conversations from “what does the data say?” to “what should we do about it?”
Permanent contract
Based in Paris
During your first six months, we expect you to work from our Paris office around 2 days per week, particularly to build strong relationships with the Data, Tech and business teams. We can revisit the setup once you're fully onboarded.
French and English are both required.
Dolead is committed to providing equal opportunities to all candidates. All applications are considered regardless of race or ethnic origin, opinions or beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, health status, or disability.
