Description du poste

The role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst Lead to own analytics across our growth and product surface areas. You’ll partner closely with growth marketing, product, engineering, and leadership to define success metrics, reconcile data across systems, and turn messy inputs into clear, trusted insights.

This role is both hands‑on and strategic: you’ll build analysis yourself while setting standards for how data is defined.

What You’ll Do
  • Own end‑to‑end analytics for growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and experimentation.

  • Partner deeply with growth marketing teams operating at scale to measure channel performance, attribution, funnels, and cohort behaviour.

  • Reconcile and validate data across multiple sources (e.g. marketing platforms, analytics tools, internal systems) to establish a reliable source of truth.

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting that drive both day‑to‑day decisions and long‑term strategy.

  • Define and standardise core metrics, naming conventions, and data definitions used across teams.

  • Lead complex analyses including funnel analysis, cohort analysis, experiment evaluation, and trend investigation.

  • Translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Mentor and guide other analysts as the team grows, raising the bar for analytical rigor, clarity, and impact.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.

  • Significant experience partnering with growth marketing teams at scale (paid, organic, lifecycle, or multi‑channel growth).

  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with large, imperfect datasets.

  • Proven experience reconciling data across multiple tools and platforms, and identifying discrepancies, gaps, and data quality issues.

  • Fluency with BI and analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Mode, Amplitude, GA, or similar).

  • Ability to independently scope projects, prioritize work, and drive analyses from question to insight.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when presenting findings to leadership.

  • Comfort operating in a fast‑moving environment with evolving priorities and minimal bureaucracy.

Nice to Have
  • Experience designing or evaluating attribution models.

  • Background in consumer products, media, or high‑growth technology companies.

  • Experience building or influencing analytics infrastructure and instrumentation decisions., trusted, and used across the company.

Life at amo

To ensure that everyone is set up for success within our way of working, we work together onsite 5 days a week.

We wanted to make sure coming to the office was as comfortable as possible for you:

  • We chose a location in central Paris, near Opera (Metro lines 3,8,9 and RER A).

  • We have a beautiful Parisian‑style office with high ceilings, balconies, and huge windows. So a lot of natural light!

Because life outside of work should also be stress‑free, we cover:

  • Health care (100% coverage).

  • Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Second Parent Leave (salary maintained at 100%).

  • Vacation days: 8‑9 weeks (total) per year - (European summer? 🥹😎).

    • 5 weeks of paid time off (by the state);

    • 1‑2 additional weeks (RTT, based on our company contract);

    • ~11 bank holidays.

    • We shut down entirely twice a year, two weeks in summer and one week in winter to allow everyone to truly recharge and to avoid prolonged slowdowns (especially in the summer). These pauses are part of your total vacation time, giving everyone a real chance to unplug and recharge. No Slack, no email, no FOMO.

Relocation

We love the diverse perspectives we get from having people from all over the world join us (68% of our team is international), and so we of course support relocation to Paris with:

  • Help and sponsored visa process.

  • 1 month of Airbnb 100% covered by amo upon arrival.

  • French lessons to be fully set with your new Parisian life.
