Ledger is seeking a data analytics professional to join the Data Team in Paris. You will own analytics across consumer sales channels, build data models with dbt/Snowflake, and develop Tableau dashboards for stakeholders up to ExCom. The role emphasizes SQL, Python, and causal inference to measure pricing, campaigns, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and dbt skills (Snowflake).
• Python for analysis and statistics; experience with causal inference methods is a strong plus.
• Strong Tableau skills.
• Familiarity with marketing/web analytics data: GA4, ad platforms (Google Ads, Amazon Ads), affiliation networks.
• 3-4 years of experience in data analytics/analytics engineering.
• Data driven and business oriented; able to challenge stakeholders' methodology.
• Excellent organizational skills, fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Own analytics across the full consumer sales scope with one consistent view of revenue, units, and margin.
• Develop and improve data models (dbt/Snowflake) across varied data sources with the data engineering team; co-own data quality alerts.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for business stakeholders across e-commerce, wholesale, and marketing.
• Own measurement of performance marketing channels across GA4 and ad platforms; reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Measure impact of pricing, promotions, and campaigns using causal inference; advise budget allocations.
• Model customer value (LTV, repurchase) to inform marketing ROI decisions.
• Contribute to cross-functional data projects and leverage AI tooling to scale analytics.
• Create and deliver presentations turning analyses into clear recommendations up to ExCom.
