Ledger is seeking a data analytics professional to join our Data Team in Paris, turning data into actionable insights for consumer sales and marketing across channels. You will own analytics for Ledger.com, Amazon, wholesale, and resellers, building robust data models and dashboards while measuring ROAS and marketing impact.

The role emphasizes causal inference, data quality, and collaboration with data engineering, analytics, and growth teams.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and dbt skills with Snowflake experience.
• Proficiency in Python for analysis and statistics.
• Strong Tableau skills and familiarity with GA4 and ad platforms.
• 3–4 years of experience in data analytics/analytics engineering.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Own analytics across the full consumer sales scope on Ledger.com, Amazon, wholesale and resellers with a single view of revenue, units and margin.
• Develop and improve data models (dbt/Snowflake) across varied data sources with data quality alerts.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Measure performance marketing channels (SEM/Google Ads, affiliate & retargeting, Amazon Ads) and quota ROAS/CAC.
• Measure the impact of pricing and campaigns using causal inference methods and advise budget decisions.
• Model customer value (LTV, repurchase, services attach) for marketing ROI decisions.
• Contribute to cross-functional data projects and leverage AI tools to scale analytics.
• Prepare clear presentations for stakeholders up to ExCom level.
