Qonto is seeking an Analytics Engineer x Business Analytics to own end-to-end data models feeding Product, Growth, and Ops Finance analytics. Design scalable dbt models, validate reliability, and push the team toward a semantic layer with Omni.

You will collaborate with the Analytics Engineering Manager and cross-functional Business Analysts, driving scalable data practices while leveraging AI to speed up modeling, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Analytics Engineering fundamentals — strong in dbt and SQL, with dimensional modeling.
• Shipping production-grade models that dashboards rely on.
• Ability to challenge data requests to protect data quality.

Responsabilités

• Build data models trusted by Business Analytics across Product, Growth, and Ops Finance.
• Partner with Business Analysts to understand needs and push back when reliability is at risk.
• Reduce technical debt and help migrate data stack to Omni.
