Qonto is seeking a Staff Data Analyst - Compliance to build analytics foundations powering compliance execution, including monitoring KYC/KYB funnels and remediation campaigns, while collaborating with Product, Ops, Risk & Compliance, and Internal Control.

You will own end-to-end analytics, transforming data with dbt and turning regulatory questions into self-service assets, all while leveraging AI tools to accelerate impact. English fluency required.

Responsabilités

• Build data infrastructure powering compliance monitoring from onboarding funnel analytics to remediation financial exposure
• Model and transform data with dbt to keep metrics clean and trusted by stakeholders
• Turn regulatory questions into self-service assets by collaborating with PM, Ops, Risk & Compliance, Internal Control
• Own the KYC/KYB funnel analytics end-to-end from CS initiation to KYB validation and findings
• Track remediation campaigns and financial exposure across active campaigns with seasonal peaks
