MYM is looking for an Analytics Engineer to bridge data and business insights within the Data Team. You will design scalable data models and ensure data reliability for Product, Growth, and Finance, supporting millions of users.

You will own the data lifecycle, participate in deployments for real-time analytics, and collaborate with squads to deliver visibility and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer in AdTech / MarTech or high-traffic environments.
• Experience with Tracking, CDP, Data Marketing, and AB Testing.
• Strong SQL, DBT, and data modeling skills.

Responsabilités

• Build & Model: Design and implement data models as a single source of truth.
• Help define and manage the tracking plan covering features.
• End-to-End Ownership: manage ingestion, transformation, and usage of data.
