Jobtailor seeks a scientist to characterize the nutritional and anti-nutritional composition of tropical legume seeds grown in northern France across three harvest campaigns. You will develop analytical protocols for oils, proteins, fiber, vitamins and minerals, and implement GC-MS, HPLC-MS, NIRS and XRF.

You will perform data processing and statistical analyses, contribute to dissemination of results, and manage digital data with best-practice archiving.

Qualifications

• Master's or engineering degree (BAC+5) with a specialization in analytical chemistry.
• Rigorous, reliable, pedagogical and well organized.
• Able to manage priorities and report relevant information.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, curiosity and commitment.

Responsabilités

• Characterize the nutritional and anti-nutritional composition of tropical legume seeds across three harvest campaigns in northern France.
• Develop and adapt analytical chemistry protocols for oils, proteins, fiber, vitamins and minerals.
• Implement analytical techniques including GC-MS, HPLC-MS, NIRS and XRF.
• Perform data processing and associated statistical analyses.
• Contribute to the processing, valorization and dissemination of scientific results.
