Jobtailor seeks a scientist to characterize the nutritional and anti-nutritional composition of tropical legume seeds grown in northern France across three harvest campaigns. You will develop analytical protocols for oils, proteins, fiber, vitamins and minerals, and implement GC-MS, HPLC-MS, NIRS and XRF.

You will perform data processing and statistical analyses, contribute to dissemination of results, and manage digital data with best-practice archiving.

• Master's or engineering degree (BAC+5) with a specialization in analytical chemistry.
• Rigorous, reliable, pedagogical and well organized.
• Able to manage priorities and report relevant information.

• Characterize the nutritional and anti-nutritional composition of a panel of tropical legume seeds cultivated in northern France across three harvest campaigns
• Develop and adapt analytical chemistry protocols for the characterization of oils and proteins, fiber analysis, quantification of anti-nutritional compounds, and assays for vitamins and minerals
• Implement a range of analytical techniques, including GC-MS, HPLC-MS, NIRS, and XRF
• Data processing and associated statistical analyses
• Contribute to the processing, valorization and dissemination of scientific results
• Archive and manage digital data in accordance with best practices

Requirements
