Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a seasoned Manager, IT Application Managed Services to govern external AMS providers across a defined application portfolio.

You will ensure vendor performance, drive continuous improvement, and align services with business priorities through cross-vendor collaboration. You will partner with IT Service Center, Product Teams, Security, Risk, and Procurement to manage SLAs, budgets, and invoices while leading negotiations and improving service maturity across multi-vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of IT experience with Application Managed Services/outourcing.
• 2–3+ years of vendor management experience.
• Strong understanding of ITIL-aligned incident/problem/change processes.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, invoice validation, and financial tracking for managed services.
• Ability to negotiate scope, terms, and pricing with vendors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including executive-level reporting.
• Experience with service management tools (ServiceNow) and reporting/metrics.

Responsibilities

• Govern vendor performance and SLAs across AMS scope.
• Lead vendor governance routines (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Monitor KPIs and ensure corrective actions.
• Review RCA reports and drive closure of actions.
• Ensure runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles are up to date.
• Lead commercial negotiations for new scope and pricing.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining service quality.
• Manage AMS financials: budget, forecasting, cost tracking, variance explanations.
• Validate vendor invoices per project vs run and GL codes.
• Support contract lifecycle activities with Procurement/Vendor Management.
• Review vendor proposals and terms with Procurement/Legal as needed.
• Drive cross-vendor governance, reporting, and integrated improvements.
• Facilitate collaboration across applications/technology towers to improve handoffs.
• Define RACI, escalation paths, and cross-vendor accountability.
