Job summary

Keoni is seeking an experienced Software Asset Management governance specialist to manage SAM processes within the IT Strategy, Architecture and Cloud Department in Paris. You will support Asset Managers in relationships with suppliers and monitor assets under their responsibility.

Strong collaboration, contractual knowledge and proficiency with collaboration tools are essential to drive audits and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of enterprise repository governance and related issues.
• Understanding of company procurement processes and contract operations.
• Legal knowledge of software contracts and their impact on operations.

Responsibilities

• Produces and chairs SAM risk monitoring meetings and generates reports for IT Directors.
• Monitors license usage and ensures compliance, proposing contractual changes as needed.
• Verifies accuracy of SAM repository, licenses, and related data; ensures audit readiness.
