Tiffany & Co. is looking for a Manager of IT Application Managed Services to oversee the performance of AMS providers for a defined application portfolio. This role involves vendor governance, financial management, and driving cross-vendor collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of IT experience, with at least 2-3 years managing vendors and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with ITIL concepts and service management tools like ServiceNow is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of IT experience with significant exposure to Application Managed Services.
• 2-3+ years of experience managing vendors/service providers.
• Strong understanding of IT service management concepts.
