Yara International is seeking a Logistics & Sourcing Manager – Continental Ammonia Flow to lead end-to-end ammonia supply coordination across Continental Europe. You will own day-to-day logistics, drive rail-based operations, and manage sourcing and supplier relationships, while aligning with operations, procurement, and commercial stakeholders.

The role requires robust experience in industrial logistics, chemical handling, and crisis management, with a Master’s degree and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• Significant experience in industrial logistics, sourcing, operations, or supply chain management.
• Experience in rail logistics, chemicals, ammonia, or hazardous materials preferred.
• International and cross-functional experience preferred.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilités

• Own and coordinate the end-to-end ammonia supply flow for Continental Europe.
• Act as the single point of accountability for day-to-day logistics planning and operational coordination.
• Coordinate rail-based ammonia logistics and ensure continuity and optimization of operations.
• Lead ammonia sourcing activities and manage offtake agreements and supplier relationships.
• Lead coordination during supply disruptions and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Contribute to business planning and provide weekly inputs to governance teams.
• Collaborate with YCA/ASL and Infrastructure Europe on pricing, market developments, and strategy.
• Interface between Infrastructure Europe, Tertre, YCA/ASL, GPO, terminals, rail operators, and supplying sites.
