Amazon Deutschland Transport GmbH is seeking a Sr. Fleet Operations Manager to oversee safety, compliance, availability and customer sentiment of the regional fleet across Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.

You will drive business strategy, implement best practices and collaborate with the wider fleet organization in Europe. The role requires managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring audits and compliance, and traveling 30–40% within the region plus occasional European travel.

Qualifications

Fluent in German (speaking, writing and reading)
Fluent in English (speaking, writing and reading)
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, project management, operations, logistics or related field
Experience handling multiple priorities and complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Responsabilités

Ensure regional fleet vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with regulations and Amazon Standards.
Execute existing fleet initiatives and support delivery partners by building mechanisms for fleet management.
Influence and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to solve complex operational needs.
Manage vehicle readiness and cosmetic standards by analyzing data from fleet management sources to secure customer experience.
Role requires travel 30-40% across the assigned region; occasional travel across Europe.
