Merge is seeking an Onboarding and Transaction Monitoring Analyst to support customer onboarding and ongoing monitoring of fiat and stablecoin flows. You will conduct KYC/KYB reviews, screen customers and counterparties, and investigate alerts.

Qualifications

• Experience in KYC/KYB, AML operations, or fraud/risk roles in fintech/payments.
• Knowledge of EU sanctions regimes (EU, OFAC, UN) and PEP screening.
• Familiarity with ACPR guidelines and TRACFIN reporting.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage high case volumes.
• Strong analytical mindset with evidence-based conclusions.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding: conduct KYC/KYB reviews at onboarding, review structures, UBOs, directors, shareholders and source of funds/wealth, perform CDD/EDD as needed, screen and classify risks, escalate as required.
