Merge is a regulated stablecoin payments infrastructure platform enabling enterprises to move money globally in real time. This role supports AML/CFT compliance and transaction monitoring for Merge’s operations, focusing on alert reviews, investigations, and day-to-day compliance across crypto and fiat payment flows.

You will review alerts, analyze activities, maintain records, assist with SAR/STR preparation, and perform KYC/KYB, EDD, and sanctions screening, working with a small team in Paris.

Qualifications

• Understanding of AML/KYC principles and financial crime risks.
• Experience with AML/transaction monitoring in fintech, payments, or crypto environments.
• Familiarity with crypto/VASP and payments/EMI environments.

Responsabilités

• Review transaction monitoring alerts across fiat and crypto transactions.
• Analyze transaction activities and patterns to detect suspicious behavior.
• Investigate flagged transactions and document findings per internal policies and regulatory requirements.
