L’Oréal Group invites Master’s students to a 1-year apprenticeship starting September 2026 for a Tech Project Manager role. This program offers challenging, cross-functional projects across Europe and a path to grow within the group.

You will coordinate IT and business teams, track KPIs, and design dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or PowerPoint, with a balance of on-site and remote work and an emphasis on professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s student enrolled in an accredited program and able to provide an apprenticeship contract.
• Fluent in English or French.
• First experience in coordination or project work and basic knowledge of dashboards is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate IT and business functions across European/global projects.
• Track performance data and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Contribute to planning and tracking of project deliverables.
• Design and update dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or PowerPoint to support decisions.

Your missions :

Challenging business or technical missions on large-scale international projects! Here is a glimpse of what awaits you:

• Transversal Coordination: You act as a bridge and facilitate communication between IT teams and other business functions (Purchasing, Legal, Finance).
• Performance Tracking: You collect, cross-reference, and consolidate performance data to track and analyze key business KPIs.
• Project Tracking: You actively contribute to planning coordination and tracking project deliverables on a European or global scale.
• Tools & Reporting: You design and update clear, dynamic dashboards (using Excel, Power BI, or ServiceNow) to support decision-making.

Your Profile

• Master’s student (Engineering school / Business school / University)
• Looking for a one-year apprenticeship
• Able to provide an apprenticeship contract (contrat d’apprentissage or de professionnalisation) issued by an accredited training organization
• Fluent in English or French
• Nice to have: A first experience in project coordination (internship, academic project, or student association) and basic knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
