Description du poste

Under the responsibility of the QSE Agency Manager, the CAQSE is tasked with animating the quality, safety, and environmental system to ensure the expected level of performance (safety, quality, time). It actively participates in the Agency’s Operational Excellence initiative.

This role may require occasional night and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Integrate across various positions and learn specific job requirements.
• Operate on rolling equipment in a railway environment.
• Maintain daily contact with SNCF management and stakeholders such as SNCF controllers, controller team leaders, and DPX cleaning personnel.
• Drive and monitor the action plan for the assigned scope.
• Carry out control plans by shift and perform contradictory and internal checks.
• Train and support teams in implementing methodologies.
• Lead team meetings on quality, safety, and environmental topics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reports (DUER, safety briefings, etc.).
• Lead safety animation, analyze near‑accidents and accidents, and report findings.
• Maintain safe working conditions and conduct safety/environmental audits.
• Apply group and regional security policies.
• Study and optimize work positions and methods through participatory approaches.
• Advocate for continuous improvement of working conditions and team safety.
• Contribute to and apply the company’s CSR rules.
• Consolidate QSE indicators and propose implementation plans based on analysis.

Qualifications

• Training in QSE or related fields.
• First experience or a significant internship in QSE.
• Hands‑on background with a desire to develop QSE and managerial skills.
• Exhibits educational, diplomatic, methodical, and proactive qualities.
• Demonstrates rigor, meticulousness, autonomy, and attention to detail.
