Ski Weekends is seeking a Chalet Host (or Flexy Host) to manage one of our chalets in the French Alps, ensuring smooth operation and outstanding guest service. You will handle food preparation, service, housekeeping, and guest relations, while maintaining high standards and local knowledge.

The role requires cooking ability, attention to detail, and flexibility to work in a seasonal Alpine environment, with two weekly transfer days and accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to cook or completed a chalet host cookery course.
• Strong cleaning and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to provide high level of customer service.
• Open to EU/UK candidates and visa considerations.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to company standards and codes of practice.
• Prepare and serve breakfast and afternoon tea; dinner and clean and tidy the chalet.
• Accommodate dietary requirements and communicate meal arrangements.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry; maintain chalet presentation.
• Answer guest inquiries; manage keys and provide resort information.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of paths, balconies and exterior areas.
• Share knowledge of the resort and local services; assist in multiple chalets if needed.
