Ski Weekends is seeking a Chalet Host to join our Alpine team working in Portes du Soleil, Val d'Isere or Argentiere (Chamonix). You will handle breakfast, tea, dinner, cleaning, guest communication, and chalet upkeep in line with French hygiene rules.

We value a proactive, friendly, and flexible team player with strong customer service and cooking skills. English is essential; EU/UK candidates are welcome; 21+ for insurance.

Qualifications

• Be a good cook with experience or a chalet host cookery course and/or 1+ year in hospitality or customer-facing role.
• Attention to detail and high hygiene standards.
• Able to work alone and manage set schedules.
• Positive, friendly attitude with strong communication.
• Desire to provide high level of customer service.
• Open to EU/UK candidates; visa may be required for UK applicants.
• Must be over 21 for insurance purposes.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high company standards and codes of practice.
• Prepare, serve, and clear breakfast and afternoon tea; dinner and dietary requirements.
• Communicate meal arrangements for the chalet group.
• Daily housekeeping and cleaning duties.
• Be presentable and personable; uniform provided.
• Answer calls, hand out keys, provide guest information.
