Sunweb Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its alpine accommodations in the French Alps. You will fix issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and comfort for guests during the winter season.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar maintenance or technical role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, heating, and plumbing systems.
• Familiar with general building repairs and preventive maintenance routines.
• Speak English and/or French (Dutch is a plus).
• Well-organized and able to prioritize effectively.
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Inspect guest rooms, common areas, equipment, and systems to ensure everything is in excellent condition and meets safety regulations
• Perform repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, heating, and building structures
• Implement preventive maintenance plans and act quickly on any reported issues
• Manage utilities and technical systems to guarantee smooth daily operations
• Order, organize, and track inventory of maintenance materials
• Follow all hygiene and safety procedures (e.g., SPA water tests, fire safety checks)
