Sunweb Group is seeking a friendly Receptionist in the French Alps to be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and daily front desk operations. You will assist with calls, visitor logs, and coordination with housekeeping to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as receptionist or in front office operations.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, and confident English.
• Familiar with hospitality operations and office tools (like MS Office).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible, reliable, and a team player.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and daily front desk operations
• Answer phone calls and route them appropriately
• Maintain visitor logs and contribute to on-site security
• Support the housekeeping team with planning and coordination
