Flowdesk Group in Paris is seeking talented individuals for an Early Talent Program internship starting October 2026. You will support trading activities and help develop and test strategies across CEX/DEX in a fast-paced, on-site, full-time role.

The 6-month program emphasizes learning, research, and hands-on trading exposure within an English-speaking environment. It includes mobility benefits and team events.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Strong coding skills with Python and SQL; Rust experience is a plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Interest in trading/crypto and understanding of crypto concepts.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level support to the trading activities.
• Develop and improve trading strategies on centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges.
• Generate post-trade analysis reports.
• Assist traders in day-to-day crypto operations.
• Own a 6 month project to deliver at the end of the internship.
