Flowdesk is seeking a talented intern to join its Early Talent Program in Paris. The internship focuses on gaining hands-on experience in quantitative trading, strategy development, and post-trade analysis within a fast-paced crypto trading environment.

You will work across trading, tech, and business teams, contributing to hands-on research and alpha-generation while developing your technical and market understanding.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Strong coding skills with Python and SQL; Rust experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency concepts including wallets, blockchains, smart contracts, and stablecoins.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-level support to the trading activities.
• Develop and improve trading strategies on centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges.
• Generate post-trade analysis reports.
• Assist traders in their day-to-day crypto operations.
• Own a 6 month project to deliver at the end of the internship.

Conditions to participate in the Early Talent Program

• Start Date, starting from October 2026
• What would be the Internship duration ? 6 months (5 days in a week, full time, on-site)

Recruitment Process

• Stage 1 : Online technical assessment
• Stage 2 : Onsite interview with the Trading team (60')
• Stage 3 : Wrap-up interview with TA (30')
