Flowdesk is offering an Early Talent Internship in Paris for 6 months, starting October 2026. You will join a fast-moving team at the intersection of finance, tech, and crypto, and contribute to hands-on trading research and strategy development.

The program emphasizes learning and development, with an emphasis on in-depth research, alpha generation, and practical trading experience. This internship provides on-site work in a collaborative, English-speaking environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in quantitative fields; strong coding background in Python/SQL; Rust is a plus.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency concepts and wallets, blockchains, smart contracts, and stablecoins.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to the trading activities.
• Develop and improve trading strategies on both centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges.
• Generate post-trade analysis reports.
• Assist traders in their day-to-day crypto operations.
• Own a 6 month project to deliver at the end of the internship.

Requirements

Background and experience

• Master's degree in Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
• Strong coding skills with proficiency in Python and SQL; Rust experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, including wallets, blockchains, smart contracts, and stablecoins.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

• Start Date, starting from October 2026
• What would be the Internship duration ? 6 months (5 days in a week, full time, on‑site)
