Job summary

HyLight is seeking a Master-level engineering student for a 4–6 month hands-on internship at the intersection of systems engineering, field operations, and test validation.

You will support the test and verification of the HyLighter, contributing to technical documentation and operational readiness while collaborating with engineering and flight teams. This role offers practical responsibility in a climate-tech project.

Qualifications

• Master-level engineering student (or equivalent) in aeronautical engineering, aerospace systems, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Strong interest in airworthiness and certification.
• Willingness to be on-site at Brétigny-sur-Orge and participate in field test activities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and organization of test plans and procedures for component tests, system integration tests, and flight tests.
• Participate in test execution with focus on traceability and quality.
• Support flight campaigns including preparation, monitoring, data collection and reporting.
• Assist in developing the Unmanned Aircraft System Maintenance Manual (UMM) and Flight Manual (UFM).
• Contribute to internal compliance references and system integration documentation.
