Job summary

Cincinnatus LLC is sourcing professionals to join an AI lab's cutting-edge video evaluation team. You will assess AI-generated video pairs for craft details, provide precise written feedback, and ensure prompts are met. The role supports ongoing rounds as new models release, with part-time hours and a global workflow.

The ideal candidate has film/theater experience, strong English, and excellent written communication to explain judgments clearly.

Qualifications

• Professional or graduate experience in film/theater-related roles.
• 2+ years practical experience or 4+ years with at least two projects with a theatrical release.
• Fluency in English; a second dubbing language is a plus.
• Access to quality display and headphones for reviewing video and dialogue.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pairs of AI-generated videos and select the stronger result across craft axes: lighting, framing, camera direction, texture, continuity and acting/dialogue.
• Write concise reasons for judgments using supervisor-like language.
• Check videos against prompts for camera moves, framing, or performance.
• Participate in calibration rounds to maintain consistency across raters.
• Collaborate with other SMEs to ensure data accuracy.
