Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI training projects remotely. You will handle graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and UI/UX tasks, evaluating AI outputs and providing high-quality feedback to improve models.

Requires paid experience in AI human-data work; strong English communication and independence in a remote setup are essential. Tools include Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and more.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with the listed creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work, including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
