Job summary

Cincinnatus LLC is seeking professionals with film, theater, or animation experience to evaluate AI-generated videos for a leading AI lab. You will compare craft across lighting, framing, texture, continuity and performance, and articulate concise judgments in the language used in dailies.

This is an extended workforce W-2 engagement with the client. The role offers at least 20 hours per week during weekdays, with the opportunity to work on rounds as new AI models are released, collaborating

Qualifications

• Professional or graduate experience in film/theatre or related fields.
• Fluency in English; second dubbing language is a plus.
• Good eye for detail and ability to articulate judgments clearly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pairs of AI-generated videos and select the stronger result on craft axes.
• Write concise reasons for judgments in supervisor-style language.
• Check videos against prompts for camera moves, framing, and performance.
• Participate in calibration rounds to maintain consistency across raters.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure data accuracy.
