Qualifications

• Professional or graduate experience in film/theater or related fields.
• Strong written communication and ability to articulate judgments clearly.
• Fluency in English; second dubbing language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated videos and judge craft elements: lighting, framing, camera movement, texture, continuity, and performance.
• Write concise reasons in the supervisor’s dailies language and explain what worked or broke.
