Lever, Inc. is seeking an AI Video Editor based in France to produce high-volume, conversion-focused video content for paid social campaigns, including UGC, testimonials, and demos.

You will edit short-form ads for Meta, TikTok, develop multiple variations with different hooks, write scripts, and use CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Runway to accelerate production. This role emphasizes speed, test-driven creativity, collaboration with strategists, and a career path

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience editing direct-response video ads for D2C brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful paid social video advertising.
• Experience creating static advertisements for Meta and other paid social platforms.
• Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, and/or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools like ChatGPT, Runway, Pika.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Edit short-form direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms (UGC, testimonials, demos, founder-led content).
• Develop multiple creative variations by testing hooks, angles, CTAs, messaging, layouts, and offers.
• Write and adapt scripts and copy for video concepts with a focus on engagement and conversion.
• Use CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, and related tools to produce high-quality creative efficiently.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and production workflows.
• Create high-converting static ad creatives using templates and swipes.
• Produce multiple static variations for testing with different headlines and layouts.
• Collaborate with strategists and growth teams to execute concepts and respond to feedback.
• Source, organize, and manage creative assets (UGC, stock footage, hooks, B-roll).
• Maintain a high-volume creative workflow with consistency and timely delivery.
