Onyx-Conseil recherche un/une AI Transformation Manager pour piloter la transformation IA et digitale au sein du groupe, en alignant stratégie et exécution.

Vous collaborez avec les unités métiers et les équipes techniques pour identifier les opportunités à fort impact, définir les KPIs et déployer des initiatives à l’échelle internationale, tout en assurant éthique et conformité.

Qualifications

• Maîtrise avancée des transformations IA et de la gouvernance à l’échelle groupe.
• Capacité à construire des business cases et KPIs pour ROI mesurable.
• Compréhension des risques éthiques et de conformité des projets IA.

Responsabilités

• Établir et diriger la gouvernance au niveau groupe pour l’adoption IA dans les marchés internationaux.
• Tracer et prioriser les cas d’usage IA, définir les KPIs et guider les initiatives.
• Assurer la conformité IA avec les réglementations et les standards internes.

Job Profile – AI Transformation Manager

Job Description

To accelerate its AI & Digital Transformation, the organization is looking for an AI Transformation Manager who can turn strategy into concrete impact.

Reporting to the Global Head of AI & Automation, the role is responsible for shaping, steering and scaling a group-wide AI Business Transformation Program, ensuring AI becomes a real driver of productivity, growth and operational excellence across all markets.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, turning high‑level ambitions into clear initiatives, governance processes, KPIs and real adoption. The position works closely with Business Units, Group Functions and technical teams to identify high‑impact opportunities, prioritize the most relevant initiatives and ensure that AI is deployed ethically, securely and in compliance with internal standards.

The role also acts as a connector, orchestrator and catalyst, enabling countries and functions to adopt AI at scale while bringing visibility, alignment and discipline to the transformation roadmap.

What you will do

Group-wide Governance & Steering

• Establish and run effective governance to ensure alignment across international markets and clear decision‑making for AI adoption
• Coordinate with IT, Security, Legal, Risk, HR and Strategy to embed AI into broader group processes

Opportunity Discovery & Business Case Mastery

• Work with Business Units to run structured discovery on AI use cases and assess their business value
• Build strong business cases, define KPIs and help teams turn abstract ideas into actionable initiatives
• Support countries in moving from successful pilots to full‑scale enterprise deployments, sharing reusable assets and best practices

AI Compliance & Risk Management

• Establish and cascade processes and monitoring tools to ensure AI development complies with EU regulations and internal guidelines
• Monitor the implementation of safety, security and ethical standards across international markets

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track adoption and value creation of flagship AI programs globally
• Build dashboards and reports for senior management to communicate progress, ROI and key challenges clearly

Cultural Transformation & Future‑Proofing

• Promote success stories and share learnings to foster a strong internal AI community
• Monitor emerging AI trends and advise leadership on potential disruptions or strategic opportunities

What you will bring

Who You Are

• Strong stakeholder management with proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams toward a common goal
• Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into robust, secure and scalable AI opportunities with a concise, outcome‑oriented style
• Comfortable in fast‑paced environments and able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Comfortable in a multicultural environment with C1 English proficiency

Your Professional Toolkit

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Data, AI or Digital Transformation
• Solid understanding of how enterprise AI use cases are shaped and deployed
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG and prompting, with the ability to liaise effectively with engineers
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio is a strong plus
• Experience in consulting or insurance is a major plus
