INTERPOL is seeking an IT Business Analyst - AI Transformation to bridge Business & IT within the IS/IPP/IT Projects Department in Lyon. You will evaluate business needs, scope specifications, and manage roadmaps while coordinating with Engineering Office, PMO, and IT Product Managers.

Required: 3+ years in the field, ITIL certification, and strong English; knowledge of AI, data analysis, BI, and automation is essential.

Qualifications

Three-to-four years’ education at a University or other specialized higher education establishment.
ITIL Certification is required.
English working knowledge required; fluency an asset; second official languages an asset.

Responsabilités

Participate in project initiation phases to identify requirements and draft concept notes and proposals.
Collect business needs and develop end-to-end use cases and user stories.
Coordinate with Solutions Architects for technical specifications and tender processes.
Take part in project management follow-up and prioritize features/user stories.
Assist the Business during product launch with testing, adoption strategies and training material.
Represent the Business interests to ensure benefits and drive continuous improvement across the lifecycle.
