- Gather & analyze business requirements for AI, digital transformation and tech solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand pain points and automation opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for teams.
- Develop workflows, use cases, user stories and system requirements.
- Perform data analysis and generate insights using SQL/BI tools.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and their impact on operations and growth.
- Develop reports, dashboards and KPIs to track progress and impact.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management for digital solutions.
