Mirakl is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design, develop and drive adoption of AI systems across strategic business domains. This permanent CDI role is based in Paris or Bordeaux with four days on-site per week.

You will combine deep AI engineering expertise with product and business insight to identify high-impact opportunities, define roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes across teams.

About the job

Lead the design, development, and adoption of AI systems within a strategic business domain.

You will combine deep AI engineering expertise with product and business understanding to identify high-impact opportunities, define roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes.

As the AI technical lead for your domain, you will drive architecture decisions, engineering excellence, and AI adoption across teams and stakeholders. Examples of domains include: Sales, GTM and Marketing or Finance & Legal

This is a permanent position (CDI) based in Paris or Bordeaux, with 4 days on-site per week.

Annual gross salary range (package): €90,000 - €100,000

This range is provided for transparency purposes and reflects our internal compensation grid for this role level. The final offer will be determined based on your experience, skills, and the scope of responsibilities involved.
