Tech Economy is seeking an AI Engineer to lead the development and application of technical solutions across industries. You will guide an engineering team through the full life cycle and drive best practices in software engineering.

You will act as a technical leader on client cases, architecting solutions, writing clean code, and mentoring teams while collaborating with senior leaders to create a productive environment. Travel is required to engage with clients regionally.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7 years minimum experience.
• 4 years minimum at Lead or Staff level, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end technical solution delivery on client cases (from solution architecture to hands-on development).
• Collaborate with consulting teams to identify and scope software solutions addressing client problems.
• Lead key parts of the software development life cycle, including architecture design, coding, reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Develop reusable frameworks, models and components for cross-industry use.
• Coach engineering teams to raise capabilities and ensure high-quality deployments.
