Overview

We\'re seeking a Software Engineer with a strong background in web development and a passion for AI integration. You\'ll collaborate with the product and data teams to identify opportunities where AI can streamline workflows and enhance our main product to bring AI features to our customers and internal users.

This role is ideal for a proactive, curious developer who enjoys bridging technical and business needs—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to drive AI adoption from concept to implementation.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable applications using NestJS, React, and GraphQL, with a focus on integrating AI-powered features.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows using n8n or similar tools to optimize internal and external processes.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify AI use cases, assess feasibility, and prototype solutions.
• Build and refine GraphQL APIs to support AI-enhanced front-end functionality.
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews to ensure high standards.
• Stay ahead of AI / ML advancements and advocate for their adoption where relevant.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Your Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in web development, ideally with TypeScript, React, and NestJS.
• Strong proficiency with APIs and modern web architectures.
• Hands-on experience building AI-integrated projects such as
  • Workflow automation (e.g., n8n, Zapier).
  • AI-powered data processing or predictive tools.
  • Chatbots, NLP, or generative AI applications.
  • Experience evaluating AI / LLM tools (e.g., using Langfuse, Weights & Biases, or custom benchmarks) to compare performance, cost, and quality.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI / CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Business acumen: Ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Proactive, curious, and passionate about exploring AI\'s potential in business contexts.
• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience building and maintaining GraphQL APIs.
• Prior work with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, ...).
• Background in product development with iterative, feedback-driven improvements.
• Familiarity with Langfuse, Weights & Biases, or similar AI evaluation tools.
