Hornetsecurity in Lille is seeking an AI Automation Architect – SDLC to automate the Software Development Life Cycle through AI Orchestration across interfaces. You will work at the intersection of technology, business units, and transformation, shaping how AI is applied in practice and how processes are made more efficient.

You will analyze, design, and implement AI-based workflow solutions, integrate automations into existing systems, and deliver training and documentation to teams while

Qualifications

• Experience automating software development processes.
• Hands-on with AI tools, APIs, enterprise tools, and scripting.
• Proficient in Python or an equivalent scripting language.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering training sessions or enablement programs.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
• Knowledge of data protection, security, compliance, and AI governance.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Analyze and optimize the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines across all areas of software development.
• Identify and prioritize AI and automation use cases for workflows and AI routing.
• Design, develop, and implement AI-based workflow solutions.
• Integrate automations into existing systems and processes.
• Support teams in the AI transformation of software development.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
• Create internal documentation, playbooks, tutorials, and best practices.
• Advise technical teams on the use of AI.
• Contribute to AI governance, data protection, compliance, and responsible AI use.
• Measure impact, adoption, and ROI of automations.
• Continuously improve solutions based on feedback and metrics.
