Hornetsecurity in Lille is seeking an AI Automation & Enablement Specialist to automate internal processes and enable employees to adopt modern AI tools. You will influence AI governance, assist business teams, and drive ROI from automation initiatives.

The role combines technology, business, and organizational transformation with a pragmatic, business-focused approach. Fluency in French and English is required.

• Proficiency in Python or a comparable scripting language.

• Understanding of data protection, security, compliance, and AI governance.

As an AI Automation & Enablement Specialist (h/f) in Lille, you will work at the intersection of technology, business, and organizational transformation. You will help automate internal business processes using Artificial Intelligence while enabling employees to effectively adopt and use modern AI tools.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on how AI is implemented across the organization, driving efficiency, supporting business teams, and helping shape the responsible use of AI throughout the company.

Your Job

• Analyze and optimize internal business processes.
• Identify and prioritize suitable AI and automation use cases.
• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven workflow solutions.
• Integrate automation solutions into existing systems and business processes.
• Support business teams in the practical use of modern AI tools.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
• Create internal documentation, playbooks, tutorials, and best practice guides.
• Advise both technical and non-technical teams on the effective use of AI.
• Contribute to AI governance, data protection, compliance, and the responsible use of AI.
• Measure the impact, adoption, and return on investment (ROI) of implemented automation solutions.
• Continuously improve existing solutions based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Your Profile

• Experience analyzing and automating business processes.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools, APIs, enterprise platforms, and scripting.
• Proficiency in Python or a comparable scripting language.
• Experience working with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Zendesk, or Salesforce.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, or enablement programs.
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• A pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset with a strong business focus.
• Understanding of data protection, security, compliance, and AI governance principles.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
