MBN Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Product Engineer to join an early-stage AI startup in Paris, combining hands-on engineering with product ownership. You will work across a modern stack and interact directly with customers to define features and AI-powered workflows.

You’ll ship rapidly while maintaining quality and scalability, collaborating with founders, engineering, design and product teams to shape the roadmaps and engineering culture at a pivotal growth stage.

Qualifications

• Build and ship features from discovery through to production.
• Directly engage with customers to understand problems and translate them into product solutions.
• Develop AI-powered workflows that operate reliably in real-world environments.
• Make trade-offs around quality, scalability, and technical debt while shipping.
• Debug complex issues across the application, AI systems and backend services.

• Own full-stack product features from discovery through to production.
