Job summary

Finary, a Paris-based fintech, builds an AI-powered investing platform that helps people manage assets and learn. We’re seeking an AI Product Engineer to own end-to-end product development for advisory and automation features.

You’ll work across advisory, sales, operations and engineering, delivering scalable AI solutions, allocation engines, and agent orchestration. Fluency in French and English is required, with European work authorization and a hybrid Paris-based setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping production-grade software end-to-end.
• Built and run LLM integrations, agents and multi-step orchestrations in production.
• Comfortable across TypeScript, Rust and Ruby; Google Cloud and Kubernetes.
• Focus on problems, user experience and product sense.
• High agency; able to own problems across teams.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Based in Western Europe with onsite weeks in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Advisory at scale: build the closing machine and the systems that accelerate our sales team
• Allocation engines: build the recommendation engine that captures our advisors' expertise
• Operating systems: build the agentic layer that lets our operations team orchestrate a fleet of AI agents
• End-to-end ownership: gather needs with the teams who use your products, then design, build, deploy and maintain them; define what a correct agent decision looks like, measure it, and catch drift before users do
• Enablement: help non-engineers build their own automations, step in when they need something more robust, and work with the rest of engineering on shared agentic infrastructure
