Pelico seeks a Software Engineer (V.I.E.) based in Miami to join the Product & Engineering team and contribute to an AI-native platform. You will work with colleagues in the U.S. and Paris to build scalable software solutions for industrial customers.

The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing AI-native SaaS environment, with opportunities to mentor and collaborate across product, operations, and customer teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in software development, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Eligible for the V.I.E. program (French or EU citizen, aged 18–28, registered on mon-vie-via.businessfrance.fr).

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain features across Pelico’s platform (front-end, back-end, or full stack depending on profile).
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Contribute to AI-powered features and capabilities, leveraging AI technologies where relevant to enhance Pelico’s platform and customer solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver impactful solutions to customers.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the deployment and integration of Pelico’s platform for U.S.-based clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with customer success and data teams.
• Contribute to improving performance, reliability, and scalability of client deployments.
• Act as a bridge between the Miami team and the engineering team in Paris.
• Contribute to global engineering best practices and internal documentation.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members if needed.
