Harmattan AI is seeking a Product Operations Intern to work with the Product Operations Principal to structure, monitor, and optimize P&P workflows. You will identify AI-powered improvements to reporting, data structuring, and document generation across product lines.

The role requires a master’s student in CS/Engineering, hands-on experience with modern AI tools, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.

• Master's degree in CS, robotics, engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms).
• Project ownership and ability to deliver high-quality results.

Responsabilités

• AI Productivity Leverage: identify bottlenecks and deploy AI workflows to automate reporting and data structuring.
• Design, build, and deploy an AI-powered product and competitive intelligence tool.
• Reporting & KPIs: maintain weekly dashboards and AI-augmented insights.
• PLM Deployment Support: contribute to data models and migration for PLM.
• Product Catalog: build and maintain a global, consistent catalog.
• Configuration Management: support hardware/software configuration processes.
• Tooling & Standardization: assist in IT tool selection and rollout.
• Product & Program Support: provide ad hoc cross-functional support.
