Datadog is seeking an Applied AI Intern to join a cross-functional team building AI-powered features within the Datadog platform. You will improve models, develop AI capabilities, and help bring research into production while strengthening collaboration and product focus.

Qualifications

• Experience building machine learning models via coursework, research, internships or personal projects.
• Strong programming skills and eagerness to learn new languages and technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Interest in AI, ML, and data-driven product development.
• Available to complete a 6-month internship starting Feb–Jun 2027.

Responsabilités

• Design AI use-case solutions by researching and benchmarking state-of-the-art models.
• Build scalable product features using generative AI and ML algorithms.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain production AI models and infrastructure.
• Analyze large-scale observability data to derive insights.
• Share knowledge by presenting research and investigating new model architectures.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to productionize AI solutions.
